Terms of service

There is no cart or checkout here. Everything on the site is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer to sell.

1. You send us the piece, quantity and any options over WhatsApp at +91 96873 33942 or Instagram at @mudramakes.
2. We confirm availability, the final price including shipping, and a realistic timeline.
3. You pay by the method we share in chat. A contract exists only once we have confirmed the order and received payment.

We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if a piece cannot be made, a price or description was listed in error, or the delivery address is one we cannot serve.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and, where taxes apply, are inclusive of them.
• Prices on the site can change without notice. The price that counts is the one we confirm to you in chat before you pay.
• Struck-through prices show our own earlier or usual price for that piece.
• Shipping is free on orders over ₹599; below that, a flat delivery charge is quoted before you pay. See our Shipping policy.

Every piece is twisted and finished by hand, to order. Sizes, shades and the exact placement of petals, pearls and leaves will vary a little from the photographs — that is the nature of the craft, not a defect. Screens also render colour differently, so a shade may not be an exact match to what you see.

Where a listing gives a size, treat it as approximate. If an exact dimension matters for your gift, ask us before ordering and we will measure the actual piece.

We love custom work. Because a personalised piece cannot be resold, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once payment is confirmed and work has begun, except where the piece arrives damaged. We will share a description, and where practical a reference image, for you to approve before we start.

Preparation and delivery timelines, courier rules and RTO charges are set out in our Shipping policy. Cancellations, damaged deliveries, missing items and refunds are covered by our Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

You agree not to:

• Copy our photographs, product descriptions or designs for commercial use, or resell our pieces as your own work.
• Scrape, overload, probe or otherwise interfere with the site or its enquiry form.
• Send us unlawful, abusive or misleading content through the enquiry form.

All text, photography, product designs and the Mudra Makes name and logo belong to us. You are welcome to share a link or a photo of a piece you bought and credit us — that is not what this clause is about.

The site has no accounts and no login. Your wishlist lives in your own browser, so clearing site data or switching device will empty it. We cannot restore it for you because we never had it — see the Privacy policy.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and other outside services are there for convenience. What happens on those platforms is governed by their terms and privacy policies, not ours.

We stand behind our work: if a piece arrives damaged or an item is missing, our Refund policy tells you exactly what we will do. Beyond that, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example a delivery delayed past an occasion by a courier or a circumstance outside our control.

Our pieces are decorative keepsakes. They contain small parts and a bendable wire core, so they are not toys and are not suitable for children under three without supervision.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update this page as the studio grows. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
